History[]

Following service with the Spanish Air Force, this aircraft was delivered to Spitfire Productions on 14 May 1968 as G-AWHP. This registration was cancelled on 20 February 1969,[3] when the aircraft was transferred to the United States.[4]

Acquired by the then Confederate Air Force, the aircraft crashed in 1987, with the remains reportedly buried in a hole.[1]
