Delivered to the U.S. Air Force as 42-72272 in August 1944, this aircraft was later passed to the Netherlands government as NL-315, before joining KLM Royal Dutch Airlines in February 1946 as PH-TBU. In March 1949 it was acquired by Air France as F-BELN.
It was eventually broken up in October 1974.[1]
